Prohibited Items Designation Act
Preamble: In order to promote public safety, preserve institutional order, and clarify the regulatory status of certain restricted items, Parliament finds it necessary to formally designate specific items as contraband. This designation does not, by itself, create a criminal offense, but establishes regulatory control over possession and handling of such items within the Azalea Isles.

1. Short Title and Enactment
(a) This Act shall be referred to as the “Prohibited Items Designation Act.”
(b) This Act was authored by Anthony Org.
(c) This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.

2. Designation of Prohibited Items
(a) The following items are hereby designated as Prohibited Items within Azalea Isles:

i. Handcuffs​

ii. Taser​

iii. Invisibility Potion(s) of all varieties​

iv. Theriam​

v. icespice​

vi. plutoleaf​

vii. plutostick​

viii. blitzleaf​

ix. driedblitzleaf​

x. blitz​

xi. copeam​

xii. copeamslice​

xiii. illucelium​

xiv. lunarsalt​

xv. twizzy​

xvi. Phoenixfennel​

xvii. Dewdrop​

xviii. arrapog​

xix. theriamseed​

xx. plutoseed​

xxi. lunarseed​

xxii. Lockpicks​

3. Legal Effect of Prohibited Items Status
(a) The classification of an item as a Prohibited Items under this Act does not, by itself, create a criminal offense.
(b) Criminal penalties, if any, shall be defined separately under the Criminal Code or subsequent legislation.
(c) Parliament retains full authority to establish lawful possession exceptions, licensing systems, or regulatory frameworks for contraband items through future Acts.
(d) Handcuffs and Tasers shall be recognized as official tools of Law Enforcement.
