Legislate for a Press Release Channel​

1. Short Title and Enactment
(a) This Bill shall be referred to as the "Press Release Channel Act".
(b) This Bill was authored by MP Milkcrack.
(c) This Bill shall be enacted immediately upon passage.

2. Reasons
(a) This Bill will allow Members of Parliament to share updates on ongoing legislative work, policy initiatives and proposals, and other parliamentary activities.
(b) These communications will raise public awareness and understanding of parliamentary proceedings.

3. Establish Channels
(a) An official channel titled #press-releases (or a substantially similar name) shall be created under the Media category of the main Discord server.
(b) An official channel titled #press-releases (or a substantially similar name) shall be created within the Parliamentary Discord server.
(c) Members of Parliament may use the parliamentary version of the channel to publish official statements to the main Discord server channel.
(d) The Speaker of Parliament shall have the authority to ensure that press releases conform to ethical standards and parliamentary procedure.
