Type: Amendment to a bill
Under the Upstanding MPS act, a member can be voted on to be sanctioned for one minute and as long as enough vote happens, it would pass. Thus, this amendment establishes a minimum time for sanctionable crimes.
1. Amendment
(a) Section 2 of the Upstanding MPs act shall be amended as follows:
(i)(c) Suspension under this Act may not exceed one week per sanction.
(ii) (c) Suspensions under this Act may not be less than 24 hours nor may they exceed one week per sanction.
Enactment: This Act shall come into Force immediately upon passage.
