Tender Terms

• Starting Bid: $3,145.40
• Bidding Opens: Immediately.
• Bidding Closes: 2026-09-10 19:10 UTC, or 24 hours after the last bid (if at least one bid has been received), whichever comes later.
• Delivery Deadline: Within 72 hours of confirmation of the winning bid.
• Delivery Location: MUD Warehouse (mud-warehouse), drop off room #7A.
• Minimum Bid Reduction: $100.00.
• Payment: Within 5 days (120 hours) following successful delivery.

Tender Conditions

1. The Minister of Economic Affairs shall serve as the final arbiter in any dispute regarding the selection of the successful bidder.
2. Failure to deliver the contracted materials by the required deadline will result in forfeiture of the award. In such cases, the Ministry of Economic Affairs may, at its sole discretion, accept the next lowest valid bid or cancel the tender entirely.
3. For each participating individual or legal entity, only their last bid submitted before the closing of the bidding period counts.
4. Bids which fail to either reduce the current lowest bid by at least the minimum bidding decrement or bring the tender price to $0 shall be ignored as if they were no submitted.

Warning: The MUD Warehouse is currently experiencing a creaking infestation caused by a neighboring plot. Deliveries during the in-game daytime are recommended. Nighttime deliveries are made at the supplier's own risk.
