Require Responsiveness from the Crown on Legislation​

1. Short Title
(a) This bill shall be referred to as the "Crown Responsiveness Requirement".
(b) This bill was authored by Lysander Lyon.

2. Responsiveness Amendment

Powers of the Crown

The Crown shall be the head of state and shall represent the unity and sovereignty of Azalea Isles. The Crown shall have the power to appoint members of the Supreme Court; dissolve the Parliament; and conduct foreign affairs; all subject to the advice and consent of Parliament. The Crown may also veto legislation as they see fit, and implement royal decrees. If the Crown fails to sign or veto legislation within five days (120 hours) of an approved bill being sent to them, the bill shall be implemented into law.

Enactment: This Amendment comes into force immediately upon passage and ratification.
