Preamble:
The economy is in a very poor state and there is very little velocity of money. establishing a small balance tax will encourage people to spend money.
1. Short Title
(a) This bill shall be referred to as the “Bank Balance Tax”
(b) This bill was authored by Anthony org, MP.
2. Amendment
(a) The Taxation act shall be amended as follows

(a) Balances on bank sub accounts shall be taxed at 1% per calendar month.
