Type: Amendment to an Act
Preamble: The current definition of Terrorism in the NCCA appears dangerously easy for terror groups to bypass. Let's try to improve that.
1. Amendment to New Criminal Code Act, Section 6.l “Terrorism”
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty : 30 minutes jail time; $5,000 fine;
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) is part of an organized group whosesole primary purpose is the commission of Murder, Assault and Threats of Harm.
Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage and ratification.
