Amend the Criminal Code Foundation Act

Preamble: Currently it's arguably legal to fail a pickpocketing attempt. This act seeks to criminalize the attempted theft of players.

1. Short Title and Enactment

(a) This bill shall be referred to as the “Amendment to the Criminal Code Foundation Act”.

(b) This bill was authored by Anthony Org.

(c) This amendment comes into force immediately upon passage.

2. Amendments

(a) Section 2, Crimes against persons, of the Criminal Code Foundation Act shall be amended as follows:

(f) Attempted Theft

(i) "Attempted Theft" shall be defined as the act of attempting to unlawfully take property from another person, with the use of force, intimidation, or threats of harm.
(ii) This offense shall by punishable by 5 minutes of jailtime, and a monetary fine of $25.
