Name: Gunsmith Training and Development

Description: Grant scheme to pay for the re-skilling of players into the gunsmithing sector in order to increase supplies of essential goods such as ammunition essential to the miners trade. This grants tranches may only be applied for once.
Tranche 1:
Requirements:
- Gunsmith “Level 2”
- Minimum of 6 hours in-game
- Have held the job of Gunsmith for at least 3 days without changing job provable by a dated screenshot for each day holding the position.
Payment: $1,000
Tranche 2:
Requirements:
- Gunsmith “Level 3”
- Minimum of 12 hours in-game
- Have held the job of Gunsmith for at least 6 days without changing job provable by a dated screenshot for each day holding the position.

Name: Artist Support
Type: Sector Development
Description: Grant scheme to help pay for the upskilling and development of the skills of those within the artists profession in order bring the arts back to Azalea. This grants tranches may only be applied for once.
Tranche 1:
Requirements:
- Profession Artist
- Minimum of 12 hours in-game
- Have held the professionArtist for at least 3 days.
- Must have evidence for having produced a minimum of 6 photographs and 3 pieces of “art” using the easel and canvas.
Payment: $1,000
Tranche 2:
Requirements:
- Artist
- Minimum of 18 hours in-game
- Have held the job of Artist for at least 6 days.
- Must have opened some form of shop in order to sell pieces of art to players and sold at least 5 pieces of art to the general public or have a contract of employment with a company for your services as an artist with any company.
Payment: $6,000
Name: Journalists Expansion Grant
Type: Sector Development
Description: Grant scheme to help develop and increase the supply of journalists within the Isle of Azalea in order to maintain free and fair press. This grants tranches may only be applied for once.
Tranche 1:
Requirements:
- Profession Journalist
- Minimum of 12 hours in-game
- Have held the professionArtist for at least 3 days.
- Must have written and published at least one article on #news in the main discord.
Payment: $2,000
Tranche 2:
Requirements:
- Journalist
- Minimum of 18 hours in-game
- Have held the job of Journalist for at least 6 days.
- Must have published at least 6 articles or have a contract of employment with a company for your services as a journalist with any company.
Payment: $4,000
Name: Oversupplied to Undersupplied Industry Retraining Program
Type: Sector Development
Description: These will be grants to pay for the re-skilling of members of the public who are in industries that have an significant oversupply of participants. The following Tranches may only be applied for once each.
Tranche 1: Trades
Requirements:
- Have held one of the following trades: Farmer, Miner, Industrialist
- Minimum of 12 hours in-game
- Have previously been in the trade for at least 3 days.
- Reskill and train into a different trade for at least 3 days provable.
Payment: $500
Tranche 2: Professions
Requirements:
- Have held one of the following professions: Constructor
- Minimum of 24 hours in-game
- Have previously been in the profession for at least 3 days.
- Reskill and train into a different profession for at least 3 days provable.
Payment: $750
Tranche 3: Government Positions
Requirements:
- Have not held a government position previously
- Minimum of 24 hours in-game
- Have worked in your given government position for at minimum 7 days
Payment: $500
Tranche 3: Government Positions 2
Requirements:
- Minimum of 48 hours in-game
- Have worked in your given government position for at minimum 14 days

Borough Development
Name: Residential Borough Occupation Grant
Type: Borough Development
Description: We aim to push for players to take residence and live within some of Azalea's underdeveloped or underutilised Residential Boroughs.
Tranche 1: Residential Borough Renters Grant
Requirements:
- Must Rent a home or dedicated apartment within the following boroughs: B - Thornwood or C - Maple Valley
- Minimum of 12 hours in-game
- Have paid for the rental of the property for at least 30 days.
- Must occupy the rental for a minimum of 30 days after receiving the grant.
Payment: $500
Tranche 2: Residential Borough Home Owners Grant
Requirements:
- Must own a R plot within the following boroughs: B - Thornwood or C - Maple Valley
- Minimum of 12 hours in-game
- Owned the property for at least 14 days.
- Must have your property your applying for be your set registered voting location.
Payment: $1,000
Name: Industrial Living Re-Location Grant
Type: Borough Development
Description: We aim to provide funding for residents to leave the city's most dangerous and highly polluted boroughs in order to mitigate the side effects of living next to highly unsafe and pollutive machinery . Grant may only be applied for once.
Tranche 1: Industrial Living Re-Location
Requirements:
- Must currently live be registered as living on an Industrial (I) plot.
- Minimum of 12 hours in-game
- Must provide the ministry with your wanted alternate place to rent (image of sign is fine).
- Once the grant is provided you must occupy the applied for rental for at least 30 days.
Payment: $250
Player Development
Name: A helping discord guide grant
Type: Player Development
Description: In a push for getting more new players into the discords of the server and interacting with the community the MEA will be offering a grant for players who successfully begin this cycle. Grant may be applied for an infinite amount of times but must be with separate new players. A 10% bonus on top of these grants will be given for those who have the guide position applying for the grant.
Tranche 1: Discords introduction Grants Basic
Requirements:
- Must supply evidence that you introduced and got a new player who logged into the server to join the CityRp discord.
Payment: $25
Tranche 2: Discords introduction Grants Advanced
Requirements:
- Must have achieved Tranche 1 with the new player.
- Get a new player to join the government discords of the MEA and MOSS and one other Government ministry.
Payment: $50
Tranche 3: Discords introduction Grants Ultimate
Requirements:
- Must have achieved Tranche 2 with the new player.
- The new player must at least achieve 2 hours in-game.
- Get a new player to join the government discords of all the government ministries.
Payment: $150
Name: Get’m Housed Grant
Type: Player Development
Description: In a push for higher usage of rental properties and to help new players understand how to get started the MEA will be offering an award based on successfully getting a new player to rent any apartment or house property. Grant may be applied for an infinite amount of times but must be with separate new players. A 10% bonus on top of these grants will be given for those who have the guide position applying for the grant.
Tranche 1: Get em housed Basic
Requirements:
- Must give evidence that the new player has rented any apartment property.
- New players must not have more than 2 hours in-game time at the time of renting.
Payment: $100
Tranche 2: Get em housed Advanced
Requirements:
- Must give evidence that the new player has rented any apartment or house property in any of the residential boroughs.
- New players must not have more than 2 hours in-game time at the time of renting.
Payment: $150
Tranche 3: Get em housed Ultimate
Requirements:
- Must give that the new player has succeeded in either completing Tranche 1 or 2.
- New players must also rent either a shop or a stall in the city.
- New players must not have more than 4 hours in-game time at the time of renting.

Industry Development
Name: Getting to work Grant
Type: Industry Development
Description: In order to increase the will of Azaleans to join companies and gain stable and reliable employment to keep increasing their economic position so prosperity can occur the MEA will be offering a one time grant to those who gain employment in the private sector. Grant may only be applied for once.
Tranche 1: Getting to work Grant
Requirements:
- Must have a contract of employment with any Azalean company owned by someone other than yourself.
- Must have maintained that position of employment for at least 7 days
Payment: $250
Tranche 2: Getting to work Grant Long Term
Requirements:
- Must have a contract of employment with any Azalean company owned by someone other than yourself.
- Must have maintained that position of employment for at least 14 days
Payment: $500
Name: Employment Rebate
Type: Industry Development
Description: In order to increase the appeal for companies across Azalea to employ staff across all sectors so that all may prosper the MEA has elected to provide a reward/rebate for companies who employ staff. Tranche 1 may only be applied for once, Tranche 2 may be applied for an infinite amount of times.
Tranche 1: First Employee Rebate
Requirements:
- Must have hired your first employee.
- That employee must have held that position for a minimum of 14 days or their first payment cycle whichever is furthest.
Payment: $2,500
Tranche 2: Additional Employee Rebate
Requirements:
- Must not have used this employee to claim Tranche 1 or Tranche 2 in the past.
- That employee must have held that position for a minimum of 14 days or their first payment cycle whichever is furthest.
Payment: $1,000
Name: Start-up and business development Grants
Type: Industry Development
Description: In order to increase the reward the start-up spirit and economic growth of the Isle the MEA shall be providing three grants for company progression within the isle.
Tranche 1: The Start-Up Grant
Requirements:
- Must have not acquired this grant before.
- Must provide the MEA with a business plan and outline the future operations of the company.
- The company must bring a product to market or open a shop for the public or otherwise begin profit making operations within 14 days of the grant being awarded.
Payment: $5,000
Tranche 2: The Export Grant
Requirements:
- Must have not acquired this grant before.
- Must provide the MEA with a business plan and outline the future operations of the company.
- The company must have completed at least successful international export order to one of Azalea’s trading partners.
Payment: $10,000
Tranche 3: The IPO Grant
Requirements:
- Must have not acquired this grant before.
- Have successfully applied to become a LLC with the MEA.
- Must provide a plan to the MEA to sell at minimum 25% of the companies shares and how those funds will be used to continue growing the company.
- Companies that have already IPO’d before this grant came into existence may also acquire this grant as long as the planned items in Requirement 3 of this tranche has been fulfilled. (Aka 25% of the company at minimum has been sold and a business plan to use those funds has been created and implemented).
