Reason For Requisition:
The individual, Darkane57, has failed to log in for over 5 months. This is cause for action under the Inactive Requisition Act, as the individual is legally dead.


Attached Evidence:
The screenshot provided shows the individual has been offline long enough to be legally deceased, and has a balance greater than $1000.

Approved Writ
The writ for requisition is hereby granted. The Azalean Collection Agency is now authorized to collect assets from Darkane57 per the Inactive Requisition Act and its' relevant amendments passed in the Death Act.

The Azalean Collection Agency shall also be expected to disclose to the individual impacted information regarding what has been requisitioned and the 3-month reclamation period via /mail in-game in accordance with the law. Under §5d of the Inactive Requisition Act, the government must also "publish a notice that is easily and publicly accessible that provides the individual’s username, legal name, and states their balance has been requisitioned"

This requisition has been granted based on the evidence presented to the court and on the expectation that the provisions of the law shall be followed. The approval of this requisition does not grant the Azalean Collection Agency, or by extension of the government, the ability to disregard or misrepresent any part of this law.
