2. Demonstrating Construction: Purposeful Plots Act Compliance
Undeveloped plots must visually indicate active construction. This is a legal requirement.
Your plot must have:
* A fence or wall around the whole plot, 3 to 5 blocks high, made of the same material.
* Realistic construction elements inside, such as:
* Piles of materials (wood, stone, brick)
* Construction machinery (cranes, mixers)
* Scaffolding
* Construction signage
Support from MUD:
* MUD provides pre-fabricated construction equipment designs for citizen use.
* You can hire MUD to set up a compliant construction site on your plot for a small fee.
Penalties for Non-Compliance:
1. First, you get a formal warning.
2. After 7 days, you are fined $250 for every day your plot remains non-compliant.
3. After 30 days, the government will seize your plot.
