Grounds for Recall​

This petition is based on a sustained pattern of conduct that undermines the integrity of Parliament and the trust placed in elected officials, including but not limited to the following:

1. Abuse of Leave of Absence (LOA)
   MP PowderUWU has utilized a Leave of Absence to justify prolonged inactivity on the CityRP server, while simultaneously continuing to participate in political debate and discourse. In Parliament chats
   A Leave of Absence is intended to excuse an official from duties due to unavailability, not to selectively avoid in-game participation while retaining political influence.
2. Scrubbing of Public Records and Communications
   MP PowderUWU has recently deleted or scrubbed messages from both the CityRP Discord and the Parliament Discord.
   Such actions impair transparency, hinder public accountability, and obstruct the ability of citizens and fellow MPs to review past statements, debates, and conduct.
