New Criminal Code Act
Preamble: The New Criminal Code act seeks to update the criminal code to an easier to understand and easier to update standard.

1. Short Title and Enactment
(a) This bill shall be referred to as the “New Criminal Code Act”.​
(b) This bill was authored by Anthony Org with assistance from Aero Nox​
(c) This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.​

2. Repeals
(a) The Criminal Code Foundation Act shall be repealed in full.​
(b) The Accountability In Government Act shall be repealed in full.​
(c) Section 8.a.iv of the Governing Structure Act shall be repealed.​
(d) Section 7.d of the Business Reform Act shall be repealed.​
(e) Section 14 of the Business Reform Act shall be repealed.​
(f) Section 3.b of the Election Map Requirement Act shall be repealed.​

3. Key Definitions
(a) "Person" shall be defined as any individual, regardless of nationality, citizenship, or legal status, who is subject to the laws of this jurisdiction.​
(b) "Legal Entity" shall be defined as any organization, institution, or group recognized by law as having legal rights and obligations, including but not limited to corporations, partnerships, associations, and non-profit organizations.​
(c) "Property" shall be defined as any movable or immovable asset that is owned or controlled by a person or legal entity, including real estate, personal property, intellectual property, and financial assets.​
(d) “Government Entity” shall be defined as any organization, institution, or body that is part of or operates under the authority of the government, whether national, regional, or local, including government agencies, departments, and commissions.​
(e) “Government Employee” shall be defined as an individual employed by a government entity, whether on a permanent, temporary, or contractual basis, and whose duties involve serving the public or carrying out governmental functions.​
(f) “Animal” shall be defined as any living organism belonging to the animal kingdom, excluding humans, including both domesticated and wild species, and encompassing mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish, and insects.​
(g) “Victim” shall be defined as any person, legal entity, or government entity who suffers harm, injury, or loss as a direct result of a criminal act or offense.​
(h) “Consent” shall be defined as the voluntary, informed, and explicit agreement or permission given by a person or legal entity, with the full understanding of the consequences of their actions.​
(i) “Offense” shall be defined as any act or omission that violates a law or regulation and is punishable by the legal system, whether classified as a misdemeanor or felony.​
(j) “Jail Time” shall be defined as the period of incarceration in a local detention facility, such as a jail, as a penalty for a crime.​
(k) “Self-Defense” shall be defined as the use of reasonable force by a person to protect themselves or others from imminent bodily harm or unlawful attack. The force used in self-defense must be proportional to the threat faced, and the person must not have initiated the conflict.​
(l) “Misdemeanor” shall be defined, for all intents and purposes, as a crime that may be ruled on by police with evidence provided by police plugin tools or simple context.​
(m) “Felony” shall be defined, for all intents and purposes, as a crime which must be indicted and ruled on in a court of law.​

4. Crimes Against Persons

(a) Murder
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: Dependent on repeat offenses
(1) First Offense: 10 minutes jail time; $300 fine
(2) Second Offense: 20 minute jail time; $600 fine
(3) Third Offense: 40 minute jail time; $1200 fine
(4) Subsequent Offenses: 60 minutes jail time; $3000 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) kills another person without being consented or;
(2) kills another person without it being the result of self-defense.
(b) Mass Murder
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: Dependent on repeat offenses
(1) First Offense: 10 minutes jail time; $300 fine per murder
(2) Second Offense: 20 minute jail time; $600 fine per murder
(3) Third Offense: 40 minute Jail time; $1200 fine per murder
(4) Subsequent Offenses: 60 minutes jail time; $3000 fine per murder
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) commits 4 or more instances of Murder within a 24 hour period.​
(c) Assault
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: Dependent on repeat offenses
(1) First Offense: 5 minutes jail time; $25 fine
(2) Second Offense: 10 minute jail time; $50 fine
(3) Third Offense: 15 minute jail time; $125 fine
(4) Subsequent Offenses: 15 minutes jail time; $250 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) inflicts bodily harm greater than or equal to three hearts of damage, excluding acts committed in reasonable self-defense
(d) Threats of Harm
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: Dependent on repeat offenses
(1) First Offense: 5 minutes jail time; $50 fine
(2) Second Offense: 10 minute jail time; $100 fine
(3) Subsequent Offenses: 20 minutes jail time; $200 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) intentionally communicates a threat to inflict bodily injury or death upon another person, causing the person to reasonably fear for their safety.
(e) Theft
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: 20 minutes jail time; $200 fine; restitution of taken property
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) unlawfully takes the property of another person, especially by use of force, weapons, intimidation, or stealth.
(f) Incitement
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty
(1) If the incited crime is attempted or executed, same penalties as the principal offender.
(2) If the incited crime is not executed, $100 fine.
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) encourages or provokes others to commit a crime or engage in unlawful conduct.
(g) Blackmail
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty: 20 minutes jail time; $1,000 minimum fine; $10,000 maximum fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) threatens to cause harm, reveal information, or take adverse action against another person, with the intent to coerce that person into giving money, property, items, services, or otherwise acting against their will.
(h) Brandishing
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: $100 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) points, or threatens the use of a weapon in a public or non-consensual setting, without lawful justification or self-defense.​
(i) Attempted Theft
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: 10 minutes of jailtime; $100 fine.
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) attempts to unlawfully take property from another person, including the use of force, intimidation, threats of harm or stealth.
(j) Identity Theft
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty:
(1) First Offense: Warning; immediate Change to untaken Name
(2) Second Offense: $500 fine; immediate Change to untaken Name
(3) Subsequent Offenses: 30min Jail; $2500; immediate Change to untake Name
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) has the name of an alive individual, that had the name first, regardless of intent.
(1.a) When the initial owner of the name is declared dead according to the Death Act, they lose ownership to that name.
(2) falsely represents themselves as the individual they represent.
(k) AWS Abuse
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: 10 minutes jail time, and a $500 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) is the Property Owner of a plot or rental region where an AWS device improperly kills or harms a player
(2) with Property Owner defined as the in-game listed tenant for rental regions or the listed plot owner for plots
(3) and with AWS device defined by the Autonomous Weapons Control Act

5. Crimes Against Property

(a) Trespassing
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: Dependent on repeat offenses
(1) First Offense: 5 minutes jail time; $50 fine
(2) Second Offense: 10 minute jail time; $125 fine
(3) Subsequent Offenses: 15 minutes jail time; $250 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) makes unauthorized and intentional entry onto the property of another person, legal entity, or government entity, without permission or legal right to do so.
(b) Bank Robbery
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: Dependent on repeat offenses
(1) First Offense: 30 minutes jail time; $1000 fine; full restitution of stolen assets
(2) Second Offense: 45 minute jail time; $2500 fine; full restitution of stolen assets
(3) Subsequent Offenses: 60 minutes jail time; $5000 fine; full restitution of stolen assets
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) unlawfully takes money, securities, or other valuables from a bank or financial institution, through force, intimidation, or threats of harm.
(c) Larceny
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: 30 minutes jail time; $1000 fine; restitution of taken property
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) unlawfully takes personal property from any government entity.
(d) Vandalism
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: Dependent on repeat offenses
(1) First Offense: 5 minutes jail time; $50 fine
(2) Second Offense: 10 minute jail time; $100 fine
(3) Subsequent Offenses: 10 minutes jail time; $500 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) Breaking property that they do not own and are not a member of.
(2) Killing an animal on a property that they do not own and are not a member of.
(3) Fires a projectile through glass on a property that they do not own and are not a member of.

6. Crimes Against the Government

(a) Resisting Arrest
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: Dependent on repeat offenses
(1) First Offense: $50 fine
(2) Second Offense: $100 fine
(3) Subsequent Offenses: $200 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) physically prevents or attempts to prevent a law enforcement officer from lawfully detaining or arresting an individual, through force, threats, or obstruction.
(2) uses or attempts to use an AWS device-protected restricted area that the person has access to, to prevent a law enforcement officer from lawfully detaining or arresting an individual.
(b) Obstruction of Justice
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty: A minimum of 15 minutes jail time, with a maximum of 30 minutes jail time; minimum fine of $1,000, with a maximum fine of $5,000.
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) intentionally interferes with or hinders the administration of justice, including but not limited to tampering with evidence, providing false statements, or interfering with the lawful duties of law enforcement or judicial officers.
(2) enables an individual to resist arrest through use of a person's restricted area AWS device protections
(c) Corruption
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty: 45 minutes jail time; Up to a $50,000 fine at the discretion of the judiciary; restitution of all gains from corruption.
(iii) Additional Penalty: barred from running for office for a minimum of one term.
(iv) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) as a government official or employee, abuses their position for personal gain, including bribery, favoritism, or misuse of government resources.
(d) Government Bribery
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty: 45 minutes jail time; Up to a $50,000 fine at the discretion of the judiciary;
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) offers, gives, or receives benefits, such as money or gifts, in exchange for influencing the actions of a government official or employee.
(e) Treason
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty: 45 minutes jail time; Up to a $50,000 fine at the discretion of the judiciary; ban from all government jobs for 4 months.
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) attempts to overthrow or betray the government, assists enemies during a time of war, or conspires to harm the nation’s security or sovereignty.
(f) Unauthorized Company Land Transfer
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty: up to 20 minutes jail time; up to $10,000 fine; reversal of plots transferred
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) transfers business or corporate plots without prior approval of the Ministry of Urban Development.
(g) Enterprise Tax Evasion
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty: 10 minutes jail time; payment of missed taxes + 10% penalty
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) uses private enterprises to evade taxes.
(h) Impersonation of a Government Official
(i) Offense Type : Felony
(ii) Penalty : 30 minutes jail time; $1,000 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) falsely represents themselves as a government official, or claims to have government official's authority, in order to gain compliance, information, access, money, property, or any other benefit; or
(2) uses government officials powers without lawful authority, including conducting searches, detaining persons, issuing punishments, or ordering citizens to follow directives under the appearance of government officials.
(i) Jailbreak
(i) Offense Type : Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty : 30 minutes jail time; $1000 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) escapes, or assists another person in escaping from lawful detention, imprisonment, or custody imposed by law enforcement or a court.
(j) Witness Tampering
(i) Offense Type : Felony
(ii) Penalty : 30 minutes jail time; $1,000 fine minimum; $10,000 fine maximum
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) threatens, intimidates, coerces, bribes, or attempts to influence a witness, potential witness, or party to a legal proceeding with the intent to alter, suppress, delay, or prevent testimony or evidence.
(k) False Police Report
(i) Offense Type : Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: Dependent on repeat offenses
(1) First Offense: 5 minutes jail time; $25 fine
(2) Second Offense: 10 minute jail time; $25 fine
(3) Subsequent Offenses: 15 minutes jail time; $50 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) knowingly provides false, misleading, or fabricated information to law enforcement, with the intent to initiate an investigation, falsely accuse another person, or mislead police actions.
(l) Terrorism
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty : 30 minutes jail time; $5,000 fine;
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) is part of an organized group whose primary purpose is the commission of Murder, Assault and Threats of Harm.

7. Judicial Offenses

(a) Perjury
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty: 20 minutes jail time; $500 fine minimum; $5,000 fine maximum
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) knowingly makes a false statement under oath or affirmation.
(b) Contempt of Court
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: 10 minutes jail time; $500 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) willfully disobeys or disrespects the authority, orders, or decorum of a court of law, including interrupting proceedings, failing to comply with court orders, or engaging in actions that disrupt the justice process.
(c) Violation of a Court Order
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: $500 fine; assets may be seized to satisfy lawful judgment
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) willfully fails to comply with a legal judgment, order, or ruling issued by a competent court of law.

8. Crimes Against Public Order

(a) Unlawful Assembly
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: 5 minutes jail time; $50 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) assembles with two or more persons in a manner that disrupts public peace or safety, or when the assembly is intended to engage in illegal activities or incite violence.
(b) Public Display of Impairment or Altered State
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty:
(1) First five offenses: 5 minutes jail time; $75 fine
(2) Subsequent offenses: 10 minutes jail time; $150 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) exhibits abnormal physical or visual effects that are reasonably attributable to the usage or influence of a prohibited item as defined in the Prohibited Items Designation Act

9. Financial and Economic Crimes

(a) Criminal Fraud
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty: up to 30 minutes jail time; $1,000 fine; full restitution
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) intentionally deceives or misleads another person or entity for financial gain, including false representation, concealment of material facts, or deliberate misstatements intended to deprive someone of property, money, or services.
(b) Financial Institution Tax Evasion
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty: 15 minutes jail time; up to $5,000 fine
(iii) Additional Penalty: institution may be liquidated if activity is not shown within 30 days of court decision.
(iv) A financial institution commits an offense if the institution:
(1) does not engage actively, either generally, or by not offering related products and services.
(c) Insider Trading
(i) Offense Type : Felony
(ii) Penalty: 20 minutes jail time; confiscation of all gains; $5,000 minimum fine; $25,000 maximum fine
(iii) A person or institution commits an offense if:
(1) buys, sells, or attempts to buy or sell any stock or financial asset while knowingly in possession of non-public information that would reasonably impact the value of that asset; or
(2) provides non-public information to another person for the purpose of allowing them to trade on it.
(d) Embezzlement
(i) Offense Type : Felony
(ii) 20 minutes jail time; restitution of all embezzled assets; $1,000 minimum fine; $20,000 maximum fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if:
(1) while entrusted with control, access, or responsibility over the money, property, items, or assets of another person, legal entity, or government entity, intentionally misappropriates, steals, transfers, or converts those assets for personal gain or the gain of another person;
(e) Stock Manipulation
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty: up to 15 minutes jail time; confiscation of all gains + 10% penalty
(iii) A person commits this offense if the person:
(1) intentionally manipulates market forces for the gain of oneself or others.
(f) Usury
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty: up to 30 minutes jail time; $1,000 fine; full restitution of usurious interest
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person or business:
(1) Demands, receives, or contracts for interest, fees, or charges exceeding 15% per month in any lending or credit agreement with an individual or business.
(iv) Fees charged solely for late payment shall not be counted when calculating the effective monthly interest rate, provided such fees are fixed in amount and not structured to evade the prohibitions of this section.

10. Use of Prohibited Items

(a) Selling of Prohibited Items
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: 30 minutes jail time; $1000 fine; confiscation
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) sells or offers for sale items that are restricted by law.
(b) Trafficking of Prohibited Items
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: 30 minutes jail time; $2000 fine; confiscation
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) transports, distributes, or exchanges restricted items with intent to sell or transfer for profit.
(c) Possession of Prohibited Items
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: 15 minutes jail time; $1000 fine; confiscation
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) possesses prohibited items.
(d) Prohibited Device Possession
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: 15 minutes jail time, and a $1,500 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) is the Property owner of a plot or rental region where a prohibited AWS device exists
(2) with Property Owner defined as the in-game listed tenant for rental regions or the listed plot owner for plots
(3) with prohibited AWS device defined as any AWS device not accessible through an Autonomous Device License
(4) and with AWS device defined by the Autonomous Weapons Control Act

11. Electoral and Parliamentary Crimes

(a) Electoral Fraud (Misrepresentation)
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty: 15 minutes jail time; $1,000 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) stands for a political party without their approval or knowledge.
(b) Electoral Fraud (False Voting)
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty: 15 minutes jail time; $1,000 minimum fine; $10,000 maximum fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) attempts to vote on behalf of another person; or
(2) attempts to vote multiple times.
(c) Coercive Behavior
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty: 30 minutes jail time; $1,000 minimum fine $10,000 maximum fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) Blackmails, threatens, or applies undue pressure to ensure a person votes a certain way.
(d) Electoral Dissuasion
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty: 30 minutes jail time; $1,000 minimum fine; $10,000 maximum fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) engages in behaviors that make persons feel unable to take part in an election. Either as a candidate or as a voter.
(e) Contempt of Parliament
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty
(1) Person - 10 minutes jail time; $2,500 fine
(2) Legal Entity - $5,000 fine
(iii) A person or legal entity commits an offense if they:
(1) fail to respond within 48 hours to a Parliamentary inquiry.
(f) Gerrymandering
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty: 45 minutes jail time; $5,000 fine minimum; $10,000 fine maximum
(iii) Additional Penalty: ban from holding a government position for 4 months
(iv) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) as a Ministry of State employee, intentionally draws district boundaries in favor of a political party or group.

12. Enforcement and Prosecution Procedures
(a) Misdemeanors can be contested in a Ministry of Justice ticket. Upon arrest, Ministry of Justice officers must inform the suspect that they can contest the charges alleged against them and ask if the suspect wishes to contest their charges.​
(b) Felonies must be indicted in a court of law.​
(c) The Ministry of Justice must obtain a warrant before entering or searching private property, or property rented from the government to a private individual or entity, except in the following instances:​
(i) When consent has been given by the property owner or occupant.
(ii) In cases of emergency, where there is an immediate threat to life, safety, or property.
(iii) When the property is in plain view, and the search or seizure is related to a crime being committed in the presence of law enforcement.
(iv) When pursuing a suspect who has fled into the property.
(v) When authorized by a valid court order for a specific investigation or operation.
(d) The Statute of Limitations for all actions shall be 6 months.​

Crime Crackdown Act
Preamble: Death to crime. Azalea will no longer tolerate crime as it once has. The penalty of a crime should be no laughing matter when it comes to more heinous actions. The sentence for committing crimes in general should be longer then a lunch break. We must protect the people and treat crime as a threat not welcome it with open arms. This amendment seeks to do this by making sentences of crimes longer and the fines substantially higher.

1. Short Title
(a) This bill shall be referred to as the “Crime Crackdown Act.”
(b) This bill was authored by Octavian Russell.

2. Amendments
The following fines and jail time will be amended in the following sections of the New Criminal Code Act, Section 4, 5, 6 and 10.

Section 4. Crimes Against Persons

(a) Murder
(ii) Penalty: 10 minutes jail time; $300 fine
(ii) Penalty: Dependent on repeat offenses
(i) First Offense: 10 minutes jail time; $300 fine
(ii) Second Offense: 20 minute jail time; $600 fine
(iii) Third Offense: 40 minute jail time; $1200 fine
(iv) Subsequent Offenses: 60 minutes jail time; $3000 fine

Section 5.b of the Financial Consumer protection Act shall be amended as follows:

9. Crimes
(a) As outlined in the liability section, Property Owners shall be held criminally responsible for any murder or crimes committed by AWS devices on their property, so long as the AWS device is not defending a properly labeled restricted area or engaging in peacekeeper mode in a properly labeled public area. The Ministry of Justice shall be empowered to enforce the crimes listed in this section, not precluding judicial review in court.
(b) Section 4 of the New Criminal Code Act shall be amended to include the following:
(k) AWS Abuse
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: 10 minutes jail time, and a $500 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) is the Property Owner of a plot or rental region where an AWS device improperly kills or harms a player
(2) with Property Owner defined as the in-game listed tenant for rental regions or the listed plot owner for plots
(3) and with AWS device defined by the Autonomous Weapons Control Act

(c) Section 10 of the New Criminal Code Act shall be amended to include the following:
(d) Prohibited Device Possession
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: 15 minutes jail time, and a $1,500 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:

(1) is the Property owner of a plot or rental region where a prohibited AWS device exists
(2) with Property Owner defined as the in-game listed tenant for rental regions or the listed plot owner for plots
(3) with prohibited AWS device defined as any AWS device not accessible through an Autonomous Device License

(4) and with AWS device defined by the Autonomous Weapons Control Act

(d) Section 6(a) of the New Criminal Code shall be amended as follows:
(a) Resisting Arrest
(i) Offense Type: Misdemeanor
(ii) Penalty: Dependent on repeat offenses

(1) First Offense: $50 fine
(2) Second Offense: $100 fine
(3) Subsequent Offenses: $200 fine
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:
(1) physically prevents or attempts to prevent a law enforcement officer from lawfully detaining or arresting an individual, through force, threats, or obstruction.
(2) uses or attempts to use an AWS device-protected restricted area that the person has access to, to prevent a law enforcement officer from lawfully detaining or arresting an individual.

(e) Property Owners with restricted area AWS devices are responsible for the individuals that have access to those areas.
(i) If an individual uses the restricted area to resist arrest, the Property Owners will be notified the first time it occurs.
(ii) Any future occurrences by the same individual shall have the Property Owner liable to be prosecuted for obstruction of justice.
(iii) Continuing to provide an individual access to a restricted area, after having been notified of the first occurrence, shall be treated as evidence of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, in court.


(f) Section 6(b) of the New Criminal Code shall be amended as follows:
(b) Obstruction of Justice
(i) Offense Type: Felony
(ii) Penalty: A minimum of 15 minutes jail time, with a maximum of 30 minutes jail time; $500 fine a minimum fine of $1,000, with a maximum fine of $5,000.
(iii) A person commits an offense if the person:

(1) intentionally interferes with or hinders the administration of justice, including but not limited to tampering with evidence, providing false statements, or interfering with the lawful duties of law enforcement or judicial officers.
(2) enables an individual to resist arrest through use of a person's restricted area AWS device protections

10. Industrial Regulation Act Amendment
(a) Section 3(a)viii shall be stricken from the Industrial Regulation Act.

11. AWS Warrants
(a) In order to get an AWS Warrant, the Ministry of Urban Development, or the Ministry of Justice on their behalf, shall follow the following filing structure:

(b) Any District Court Judge may review the request, and shall choose to grant it or deny it on the basis of probable cause (reasonable belief).
(i) If no District Court Judge is available; responds to the warrant request within 72 hours; or if the District Court does not legally exist, any higher-level judicial officer, such as a Supreme Court Justice, may review the warrant.
(c) If the warrant is granted, the Ministry of Urban Development shall not only have permission to search the property, but shall also have permission to confiscate any unauthorized AWS devices found on the property.
(d) The Ministry of Urban Development may not file a warrant against multiple Property Owners at once, but may file a warrant against multiple properties of one Property Owner at once. However, their request must then fulfill probable cause for all properties.

12. Corporate Ownership
(a) In the event the Property Owner of a plot or rental region is a company, all fees shall be directed to the company itself, while all warnings, communications, and criminal time shall be directed to the highest executive of the company (the in-game owner, if there is no easily determined CEO or President of the company).

13. Required Enforcement
(a) MUD is required to enforce the above regulations, including properly collecting ADL fees, investigating allegations of violations, inspecting properties on a once-monthly schedule for violations, enforcing rules, and so on. Failure to collect ADL fees within 7 days of the start of a new month, or to have committed inspections of ADL properties during the month, constitutes an offense; if not completed within 3 days, additional offenses will be issued every 3 days until compliance.
(b) Other offenses may be granted if an individual highlights the failure Ministry of Urban Development to fulfill a responsibility under this law, such as failure to enforce an ADL rule. This determination shall be made by the Ministry of State, only after notice of the failure is given to the Minister of Urban Development, and the Minister has had 72 hours to resolve the failure.
(c) Offenses are reset each time a MUD minister is appointed, including at the end of the term.
(d) The penalty shall be dependent on repeat offenses.
(i) Any Offense: $500 fine issued to the MUD Minister;
(ii) Fifth Offense: Parliament shall vote on the removal of the MUD Minister. If the vote passes, the Prime Minister shall appoint a successor.

(e) The Ministry of State is responsible for issuing fines to the MUD Minister.
