Consideration Interest Forum - Minister of State​

The Prime Minister's Office has opened up this thread for open-interest submissions to the Minister of State role. Please be advised that this is not an application, but rather just a way for people to indicate that they would like to be considered for the role. This forum will close on June 10th, 2025.

The Minister of State will be tasked with managing the functions of government for political party registration, foreign affairs, and civil service operations.

Expectations for a Minister

• Ministers are expected to:
  • Remain consistently active through their tenure where possible.
  • Hire, fire, and manage employees in their Ministry.
  • Be accountable to members of the public.

Responsibilities of a State Ministry

• It is expected that the Ministry of State will:
  • Oversee political party registrations
  • Manage electoral district boundaries, if applicable
  • Lead the foreign policy of the government
  • Oversee the civil service

Reason for Interest:

I have experience in working in the foreign affairs area. In fact, there is a United Nations that has many servers in it that are very popular other than CityRP. I have been elected by those servers to lead that organization, which says a lot about me and my ability to take charge and work with other nations. Working with these fictional nations will be just like working with real nations that I have to deal with every single day. My experience in foreign activities is beneficial to Azalea.

Possible Ideas or Plans:

I mainly want to work with Prime Minister Lyon in order to develop possible treaties with other nations, or address wars that are occurring. If selected, I will constantly be updating the public on decisions that have been made in foreign affairs. I'm hoping to form a tight relationship with Prime Minister Lyon in order to ensure that Azalea is a protected nation.

Current Experience in Azalea:

I was a member of Parliament and helped to lead the first and largest party of Azalea called Action! This was a party that had around 50 to 60 members and dominated Parliament. I am hoping to gain more experience than this now that I am back into playing CityRP.

I have experience in similar roles, whether in other servers or team based settings, and I know what it takes to coordinate projects and work with a team toward common goals.
I assure you that I would give all of me to the governament and to the people of Azalea.
I’m naturally diplomatic and always strive to be fair. I can mediate conflicts calmly and ensure that all parties are treated with respect and understanding.
I excel at clear and respectful communication, both in-game and on platforms like Discord. I can help bridge gaps between staff and players. In addition I spend a lot of time playing the server

Possible ideas or plans:

I first of all thing we should hold regular open discussions where players can give feedback, suggest ideas, and hear updates.
In addition player could compile monthly reports with charts and summaries of feedback, server issues, or player satisfaction.
And I would obviously offer my office (if elected) as a third party to help risolve disputes between foreign nation before they escalate.

Currently in the Azaleas island I work as a lawyer a profession that I love, I love to advocate for people rights and freedom, indeed every time a new player join when I’m online I give them all the help needed.
