Before issuing a summons, the Court has a few clarifying questions for the Plaintiff:

1. What specific civil cause of action are you asserting, and which legal elements do you allege the defendant satisfied?
2. When you claim you were "paralysed," was this a temporary psychological reaction, and what evidence supports that claim?
3. What facts, beyond Exhibit A, establish that the defendant intentionally assaulted you rather than engaged in accidental or incidental contact?
4. How did you calculate the $10,000 in damages, and what concrete harm does that amount correspond to?

Thank you for your consideration.

Your honour, I have spoken with my client privately. My client has replied with the following.

“1 I am asserting a civil cause of action for assault. The defendant satisfied the legal elements by intentionally attacking me from behind, using unlawful force, causing physical injury, pain, and emotional distress, which resulted in damages.

2 it was temporary i was hit from behind and everything just went numb the evidence is that i did not survive the attack but sadly i dont have physical proof of that.

3 i was just casually walking then we cross paths and we walk past each other but i just saw him turn around and grab his stone sword and the he charged at me so i naturally run away he hit me in the back and i was so shocked i got paralized sadly i dont have any hard proof of this

4. 5,200 for emotional distress plus 2500 for a therapist plus 3299 for future causes or post traumatic stress disorder, emotional damage and maybe even future therapy and the 1 dollar i lost due to murder”

If the court is in agreement I would like to move to summon the defendant.

Your honor, may I file an Amicus Curiae brief on how to do addition. I have more than enough qualifications due to passing College Algebra with a B-. My brief will cover the calculations of damages and how $8,800 does not equal $10,000

Your honour I have made an accident as this was my client’s claim and somehow while I was writing this I accidentally left that part out as I was got distracted. I would like to respectfully agree with this 3rd party as it was an accident done in a time of distraction. I do not need assistance with calculating addition.
