Payment for Private Tenders is the sole responsibility of the individual requesting the tender. The Ministry of Economic Affairs is not liable for non-payment, failure to deliver, or any other damages which may be incurred by either party to a Private Tender.
The Minister of Economic Affairs is the final arbiter in disputes on choosing the tender winner.
Failure to deliver the promised on time forfeits the win, in which case the Ministry of Economic Affairs reserves the right to either accept the next lowest bidder's offer or terminate the tender, at its sole discretion.
For each participating individual or legal entity, only their last bid submitted before the closing of the bidding period counts.
Bids which exceed the Starting Bid (set above) or fail to reduce the current lowest bid by at least the minimum bidding increment, shall be ignored as if they were not submitted.
