Driveway/Entrances Act Act
Preamble: This small bill aims to allow the addition of driveways and entrances to plots directly connecting to plots for the reasons of domestic driveways as well as entrances to petrol stations and parking lots.
1. Definition of a Driveway
(a) An entrance into a plot meant for cars.
(i) An driveway must be a minimum of 3 blocks wide and a maximum of 9 blocks wide.
2. Implementation
(a) MUD will be expected to allow players to apply for an driveway to be directly connected to a main road.
(i) MUD will charge a basic fee of $100 for the implementation and construction of the driveway.
(ii) The player will be expected to provide the required blocks for the driveways implementation.
(iii) MUD maintains the right to deny an application as long as valid reasoning is given such as interfering with other parts of infrastructure such as trees, bus stops and atms.
Enactment: This Act comes into force immediately upon passage.
