Given the owner of these plots has not reached the required playtime of 5 hours, we will now proceed with the eviction process as outlined in the No Activity Nullification Initiative Act: Should the owner log in during this period but they fail to hit the 5 hour requirement, the land will enter a 14-day escrow where third parties can raise any legal or contractual interest in the ownership of the plots. If no claims are raised, the plots will be vaulted and put on sale.

Any third parties with legal or contractual interests may raise these concerns by ticket in the MUD discord. This eviction will be finalized on 02/04/26.
