Case: Pending Azalea Isles v. fluffywaafelz (2025) CR 01

Your Honor,

I respectfully bring to your attention that I missed the response deadline by 5 hours due to my motion to substitute counsel not being approved until 3 hours ago, which was already beyond the specified timeframe.

In light of these circumstances, I kindly request a 24-hour extension to the deadline.
As specified, the deadline at hand was for the Defendant to respond to the case, not for the Prosecution.

The Defendant, fluffywaafelz, is hereby given a final reminder to enter his plea to this case as soon as possible.

MOTION TO DISMISS WITH PREJUDICE

To the Honorable Court,

Your Honor,

I respectfully submit this Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice. This request is based on procedural and substantive errors made by the previous prosecutor, including but not limited to incorrect citations of the law and a prayer for relief that was inconsistent with legal standards.

The Ministry of Justice has acknowledged and accepted full responsibility for these errors. As a corrective measure, a settlement was proposed to the defendant, which has been reviewed and agreed upon. Given the resolution reached by both parties, I request that this case be dismissed with prejudice to ensure finality and prevent further litigation.

Respectfully submitted,

Oliver Spy - General Prosecutor

The Prosecution is hereby asked to disclose to the Court the terms of such settlement plea deal for the public record.

Your Honor,

The terms of the settlement require the defendant to pay a fine of $500, a reduced amount reflecting the damages caused by the case’s publicity and its timing during the election period. This settlement acknowledges the procedural mishandling of the case and compensates for the undue harm caused to the defendant's reputation.
