Extensions may be granted if requested before the eviction date. If we receive no contact from you until after the eviction date, then it is almost certain that extensions or leniency will not be granted.
Slow Progress > No Progress
Extensions may be granted if the build is in fact progressing albeit it at a slow pace.
Senior Approval
In order for an eviction to take place, a Minister or Deputy must check over the reports to ensure the correct procedures have been followed. Only once the Ministerial approval has been granted, can the eviction process take place.
No Backroom Deals!
For an extension to be granted, the request and approval must be granted within a ticket. It doesn't matter if both parties have the same story, if screenshots of DMs are shown, if they have witnesses to the deal being made; if it is not in a ticket, we will not accept it.
Right to Forget!
Reports will be deemed expired if after 30 days the owner has committed no further violations. Expired reports will be deleted and cannot be used in proceedings for future violations.
