Premable:

Clarify the NLAA and add in more reporting.

  1. Each month, in the first week of the month, the Prime Minister must publish what the government has earned in taxes from citizens and other government revenue streams.

  1. Each month the budget for the ministries and Bank Of Azalea must be posted publicly for the citizens to view.
i) This must be posted on the discord under a new channel called “monthly-budget budget-and-press” that is viewable by citizens.

  1. Each posting must be clearly detailed this includes and must include:
i) A screen shot of the full government balance when the Prime Minister pulls up the balance in game.
ii) Detailed reports from the ministries on what each budget is to be used for if it is increasing by more than 50%
iii) Detailed reports to why a ministry is requesting less funding if their budget drops by more than 50%.
iv) Detailed reports to why a ministry had to request additional funds from the government if they must request more funds in the monthly budget period.
v) Reporting must be formatted as such:
Ministry Name
Dollar Amount
Reason For Dollar Amount
Reason for increase or decrease if there has been a change to the dollar amount from the previous month


  1. If the Prime Minister fails to release the report on time, they will be fined a total of $7,000 by the Minister of Economic Affairs when the completed report is posted.
i) For each additional day that the posting is late, the Prime Minister will be fined an additional $1000 until the report is completed and posted.
ii) When the Prime Minister is fined, the Minister of Economic affairs will publish that the fine has been administered and the amount it was administered for.


Enactment
This bill goes into effect upon passing.
