Criminal Complaint:
The Ministry of Justice brings forth this criminal case on behalf of the Complainants affected. On May 25th, the Defendant had unlawfully entered the first Complainant’s property and stole their horse. The Defendant proceeded to then hide the horse, and subsequently extorted an unreasonable amount of money from both of the Complainants in exchange for the horse’s whereabouts.


Parties:
  1. Prosecution, Fauz Wolfe/Ministry of Justice
  2. First Complainant, White Shadow (RoseChan)
  3. Second Complainant, Benjamin Higgins (Br0k3nC4lculat0r)
  4. Defendant, Skibidi Fart

Factual Allegations:
  1. The first Complainant brought their horse back to their private property for safekeeping.
  2. Shortly after, when the first Complainant returned to their private property, they discovered that the horse was missing.
  3. Upon inquiring about the missing horse, the Defendant publicly stated that he hid the animal.
  4. In exchange for the horse’s location, the Defendant publicly asked each Complainant to pay them a sum of money.
  5. In the end, the Complainants each paid $950 in exchange for the horse’s whereabouts.

Legal Claims:
  1. The Defendant committed a robbery, violating Section 2d of the Criminal Code Foundation Act, where robbery is defined as “the unlawful taking of property from another person”
  2. The Defendant trespassed the first Complainant’s property, violating Section 3a of the Criminal Code Foundation Act, where trespassing is defined as “the unauthorized entry onto the property of another person”


Prayer for Relief:
  1. A jail-time totaling 10 minutes, 5 minutes for the robbery and 5 minutes for trespassing, as outlined in the Criminal Code Foundation Act.
  2. A government fine totaling $100, $50 for the robbery and $50 for trespassing as outlined in the Criminal Code Foundation Act.
  3. A separate fine totaling $1900, so that $950 can be repaid to both Complainants.

The Defendant is required to appear before the court in the case of Azalea Isles v. Skibidi Fart. Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in a default judgement. Both parties are ask to familiarize themselves with the relevant court documents, including proper formats, as well as the laws referenced in the complaint. Ensure that you comply with any court orders.

If you wish to hold this trial at the Azalea Courthouse in-person, please note that in your response. The Court will try to work with both parties to hold live hearings at convenient times.
